In what cities do Pristine Posh Management provide their cleaning services?
Our cleaning services are currently available in NYC (5 boroughs) and South Florida (Fort Lauderdale and Miami).
How many people will clean my home?
Our cleaning maids usually travel as a team of two maids. However, it depends on the size of the property.
How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
Contact us at 929-263-5009 twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be accommodated by email twenty-four hours prior to appointment. A fee of $25.00 will be charged if a cancellation is requested on the day of service.
Are the maids/housekeepers trained/supervised?
Our maids go through an intensive background check prior to being hired. Once employed with Pristine Posh Management, our maids attend a five day training to ensure every maid meets our standard of clean. Our maids report to our housekeeping specialist who ensures that all task are completed to meet our pristine standards.
Are your maids insured?
Yes, we have the best workers insurance available. Our insurance covers liability, crime and employee accidents at your home, your office, and our posh pads.
Will I have the same maid every time?
Our goal is for our maids to build a relationship with our clients. Let us be honest, everyone likes their home cleaned a certain way or a certain item not to be moved. Therefore, we try to keep the same maid so you can expect the same pristine condition every time.
What are your rates for house cleaning services?

What if something in my house gets broken?
No worries, if our team is at fault we got you covered! For any issues please report it to us within 24hrs.
Must I be home when you clean my house?
It’s your choice, you let us know what works for you! Many of our clients provide us with a key. Whereas, other clients leave a key in a safe place for us to obtain. Please keep alarm systems in mind; we recommend the system be off or for our staff to receive the code.
If you have my keys how do I know they are protected?
In every city we service we have an office where keys are kept to secure your privacy. Keys will be returned to your residence if services are no longer needed. Contracts will be presented any time key is provided ensuring only one true copy of the key exist. We want our clients to know their security and peace of mind is our top priority.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Pristine Posh Management if a client cancels up to 15 days prior to their booking, they will receive a 100% refund. For bookings canceled up to 7 days prior to their stay, the traveler will receive a 50% refund and is charged booking fees on the remaining portion.

What if our schedule cleaning falls on a holiday?
We understand our clients may require our pristine clean services during the holiday. Email us at clean@pristineposhmgmt.com for more information on our holiday time schedule.
Should animals be out while my house being cleaned?
If your pet must be in your home at the time of cleaning we ask that they are kept in a safe space of your home.
How do I give feedback on my cleaning?

Do I have to tip the maids?
Our Pristine Posh Maids do not require any tips as our maids are compensated by PPM. If you choose to tip your Pristine Posh maid it is at your discretion and in no way obligated.
